Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, weekends and official holidays excluded). We do not process or ship packages on holidays.
Once your payment is verified, we will arrange shipment right away, and a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email after your parcel leaves our warehouse.
2. Global Shipping Coverage
We ship to nearly all countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Oceania.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
• Standard Global Shipping: 8–20 business days
• Expedited Shipping (optional paid upgrade at checkout): 4–9 business days
Delivery delays may happen due to customs clearance, local logistics, weather, peak shopping seasons or carrier restrictions, which are outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
• Free standard worldwide shipping for all orders over $55.
• For orders under $55, flat-rate standard shipping cost will auto-calculate at checkout based on your delivery country and package weight.
• Expedited shipping surcharges differ by destination and package size, shown clearly before payment.
4. Track Your Shipment
A live tracking link will be emailed to you once your package ships. If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam or junk mailbox first. Contact support with your order number if the link is missing.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international shipments may incur local VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees or border taxes upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the full responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your checkout payment. We cannot cover, predict or refund any customs-related fees for any global destination.
6. Undeliverable, Returned & Lost Parcels
• If a package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping address, recipient refusal to pay customs charges, multiple failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels, you must pay a new reshipping fee if you want the item sent again. We do not offer free re-delivery for buyer-side address mistakes.
• For parcels confirmed lost by the shipping carrier after the full estimated delivery window, contact our support team with your order number to start an investigation.
7. Order & Address Changes
Any edits to your shipping address, items or quantity can only be completed before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot adjust delivery details. Please double-check your full shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
8. Customer Shipping Support
If your package exceeds the maximum stated delivery timeframe, reach out to our support team with your order ID. We will help trace your parcel and resolve delivery-related issues as soon as possible.
